If a customer declines service after our team has arrived at the property โ for any reason including disagreement with a revised quote โ the deposit will not be refunded.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can reassign our team appropriately.
Management Discretion. In certain situations, Abby Cleaning Co. may offer a service credit toward a future appointment at management's sole discretion. We always aim to be fair and reasonable, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns directly.
