How do I maximize the chance of getting my deposit back?

Book the move-out clean after all your belongings are out of the unit. An empty unit is easier to clean thoroughly. Provide us with your landlord's checklist if you have one, so we can prioritise the areas they'll inspect. Book a few days before handover so there's time to re-visit anything if needed.
Do you clean empty units only, or with furniture?

Move-in/move-out cleaning is specifically designed for empty units. If you need cleaning with furniture present, that's a deep clean — we offer that too. Book the right service so the team is prepared with the right time and approach.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?

As early as possible. End-of-month dates — particularly last week of April and last week of August — are our busiest periods. Aim to book at least 5–7 days in advance. Same-day bookings are sometimes available but not guaranteed at peak times.
What if my landlord isn't satisfied with the clean?

We stand behind our work. If your landlord identifies specific issues within 24 hours of the clean, contact us and we'll return to address them at no additional charge. We keep a record of what was cleaned so we can address any disputes constructively.
